I like your rendition of Undyne, though the lack of an eyepatch bothers me a bit. ;P
I love the coloring here, I really like your designs for each character, though Monster Kid could have used a bit more work.

I have no experience with this technique and I just might be dumb, but the belly button looks a bit out of place to me. Maybe tilting it a few degrees clockwise, I dunno.
It still looks great regardless!

I do believe there are better ways to export .gifs without the loss of color. If you do them in Flash, you could export them as .swf's, convert it to .mp4 with Swivel, and convert it to .gif with Photoshop.
Otherwise, great and smooth animation as always. Starting getting into One Piece a lot recently. ^^

i have a alternate method to fix gifs converter color shit, but i was too lazy to do them this time...
