SKREW TOEI AND SHONEN! You are becoming spectacular at this and you're not even noticing! Your improvement surpasses anything I've ever freakin' seen. Body coloring is fantastic, line art is amazing, and the background is fine.
Frankly, I f'ing hate people who say they can't do something even though they have MEGA expectations for it. You really have a gift for this. If anime is more than a hobby to you, I say do it!

I would say below 9000 by a little bit.
They look alike, a little too alike, which makes the idea of Vegeta having a brother kinda awkward. Although he is adowable :3... I just think it's a little off.
And Nightshade? A better name would be Lerota or something. :P
